APPOINTMENT OF HEAD ADMIN/OPERATIONS

The MD/CEO of Cedars Shopping And Recreation Damaturu, Mr Ofem Isokon has Approved the appointment of Saleh Abdulhamid as Head Of Admin/Operations.

Before his Appointment, Abdulhamid was the Secretary/Receptionist, Customer Relations Officer and later promoted to the rank of Reservation/Event Co-ordination Officer.

Until his Appointment, Abdulhamid was the one handle incoming walk-in Customers, phone calls, appointments and Messages. Address Customer’s needs and concerns efficiently and effectively to turn unhappy Customers into return guests. Build rapport and establish good relationships with Customers to ensure Customer retention.

The CEO/MD revealed that the appointment was based on recognition to the competency, dedication, hardwork, commitment and confidence he displayed while discharging his duties.
